Toshiba Portege Z10t-A2111 Ultrabook/Tablet Review

The Toshiba Z10t is an efficient Windows 8 convertible. With his Core i7-CPU it plays in its own league, compared to other multi mode devices like the Atom powered ElitePad 1000 G2 with passive cooling and a much longer run time. Those of you who have high performance demands for a tablet will be satisfied with the Portege Z10t for the daily use.

This performance has it's price. In this case "fan sound" and sale price. While operating the Z10t generates a clear fan sound and with a price of $1799 for a comparable equipment the convertible lines up with other high end ultrabooks.

Although the hardware of the Portege is amongst the better ones, the Z10t will have a hard time considering the price compared to other business tablets. At least until the price doesn't drop in the future. Even so the internal highly competitive hardware, the mat display and its adaptable connection possibilities of the Toshiba are a good reason to buy this product.
